Gratitudes - Jacket Potato

Jacket Potato
One of my favourite comfort foods, it’s nutritious filling and hits the spot with cracked black pepper and a dash of salt.  I could have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

What are you grateful for this week?

  3. I've got to admit that I too love a good large jacket potato, filled with lashings of butter, salt and cheese. It nice when done in the oven until the skin is crispy and golden and the inside soft.

I'm grateful for having a mouth to speak and eat :)

  4. On our first trip to England in 1995, a friend introduced us to jacket potatoes. I had never seen such huge potatoes! I love them! For breakfast...I'll have to try that! Sounds like a winner!

  5. Jo, have become allergic to dairy so have had to get used to butterless, its great though, you begin to feel the texture of the potato itself:)

R4H no breaks at the moment I hope!

RPD - we have to be greatful for so much...and to enjoy it all as well!

Pam, they can be comforting, give it a try especially on a cold winters morning:)
