Give yourself a Boost

Write down all your successes and achievements.  This is one of the simplest was of giving yourself a much needed boost, especially when the going gets tough.  You can see just how far you have come, and every now and then look back over your list and every now and then congratulate yourself.

Carry a notebook around with you for those gold nuggets of inspiration that can often strike.  It might be something you see that sparks your interest or it could be words of inspiration that come from someone else.  Make a note of it so you don't forget!

What are your dreams and desires? Write them down, don't limit yourself to what you think you deserve, write down your big dreams. Break them down and start working on the smaller pieces step by step and before you know it.....!
