Focused Attention - Podcast Episode

Art Journal - Spirited

Also today you will find an art journal that I made, working spontaneously creating a mini journal to put additional thoughts within.

Art Journals can be made from a variety of supplies, in the video I make a small one from a variety of card and patterned papers.  Check what type of supplies that you may have around and utilize these 

You can also use a variety of hand painted papers as well that you may have in your stash
